Hyperthreading on ALL new mini models?

    On Apple's site here: http://www.apple.com/macmini/features.html

    It says:

    So is it safe to assume they are referring to each and every one of the new Mac Mini models? Will all of them be able to do hyper-threading?

    Yes, all Intell i3, i5, and i7 CPUs have Hyper Threading.

    Not the i5 used in the iMacs.
    Just as Hellhammer wrote, HT is available in all mobile ix-core CPUs.

    Quad core desktop i5s don't.

    Thanks a bunch all! Awesome new minis these are :)


    So that does not include the Server mini model I assume, since it uses the mobile variant?

    Edit: oops, sorry, just saw it's an i7.

    Yup, it's a mobile i7, so it supports HT like all i7s do.
