I love the notch now. Sounds weird but I'm starting to see why Apple did this. It's very distinctively an Apple product now. As soon as someone sees the phone they're asking me - is this the new X? They're not confusing it for an 8. They've stepped away from the generic look of a regular screen. I guess I've gotten so used to it now I actually like it.

I like how the status info is tucked to the sides. I won’t say I love the notch, but I don’t hate it, nor do I even pay any attention to it. I do, however, notice the chin and forehead on my work iPhone 7 after using my X since launch. I HATE the chin and forehead on that phone now.

The notch never bothered me, I was more skeptical losing Touch ID. And I have to say don’t miss that either. The iPhone X is better than I ever thought it would be.
