I always get this artifact square in Firefox

I always get these boxes in my browser randomly and I dont know how to get rid of them other than quitting Firefox and starting it up again.
Does anyone know how this is caused or remedy to my problem?

Is that everywhere, or just Fry's?

It looks like a hovering tooltip for the tabs. I get those when I hover my cursor over a tab but it usually seems to go away.

Happens all the time and not just limited to certain websites.

When I hover my pointer over a tab the little tooltip listing the title of the website shows up. When you remove your pointer it should disappear.
