iPhone 15 Pro i am CRYING

How could Apple treat its customers so horrificly? I just got my new iphone 15 pro and the box looks like it's been BEATEN UP and thrown off a cliff! It has completely ruined my unboxing experience! Has this happened to anyone else?

It's just a box, as long as the iphone is not damaged inside, I would not worry about it. But I would agree that it would definitly ruin the unboxing experience but hope that the phone is okay with no damage.

It’s disappointing. But is the phone damaged ? If not be somewhat grateful the box was as strong as it is and helped protect the phone. Sorry that happened to you. Like I said I hope your phone is undamaged

So it's got a scrape -- if it protected the phone inside, and it would have, who cares. The box itself isn't part of what I want when I buy a new phone. As soon as I know the phone is working, I toss it anyway.

Mine had big gash on the side of the box. Came from at&t on launch day.
i opened the box, and proceeded to throw the box away.
phone was in perfect condition.
