2001, Sanyo flip phone on my charger. Called Sprint from work, got placed on hold. After 20 minutes I put them on speaker and just started working.

I was on hold for 3 and a half hours before customer service picked up. My discussion lasted less than 20 minutes at that point.

You have 2.5 hours to go. 😀

Actually I learned something sad. The Sprint Employee Services Q DROPS the call automatically at 59:59 minutes!

I am on my third call it's been 2 hours an 12 minutes so far! I am thinking I will break your record!😱

That is exactly why I stayed on hold for 3.5 hours! It became a matter of "You WILL answer my phone call because I will NOT be ignored!"

I won. Sprint lost. Good luck, I hope you win (or have won by this point).

That's crazy I've called 3 times today and got through in five to ten minutes every time.
