I back-ported Transmission to 10.6 Snow leopard

I've got an old 2011 Mac mini that's still running Snow Leopard and I didn't want to retire it, but Transmission dropped support for anything under macOS 11. So I forked it and back-ported it down to 10.6.

Still tracks current Transmission upstream, just patched to actually run on the old OS.

Also got automatic updates working through a Sparkle appcast I'm hosting on github pages so even on Snow Leopard it'll notify you and update itself.
