Get it factory unlocked (it costs around $130 to unlock t-mobile) and then use it on AT&T. If you want to use it on T-Mobile, you're probably screwed.
I don't even think this will work. AT&T and T-Mobile share blacklists now I do believe.
Seriously? I've never heard of competing carriers sharing lists of blocked phones due to non-payment. Unless we're talking about the STOLEN database, which of course all carriers share. But if your phone is blocked due to non-payment of a bill, a competitors' service (if you can get your phone working on it) should always work.
This is true. The only shared database of blocked IMEIs is for phones reported lost/stolen. Carrier blocks for non-payment are not shared.
Tmobile is known to block phones for non payment.
