Sometimes they forget to scan the notebook. For example, on the way to the UK, my UMB went from germany to the UK, back to Germany, and back to the UK, alll in the space of 5 minutes. But the ETA is mostly always right in my experience.

Well my macBook Pro came in and I love it! It looks brand new and came as they said with nothing extra hardware or software, but thats okay i love this machine!

Well heck post a pic... id like to see what all came with it. Power cord, software discs etc... just curious to see what and how it came.
My girlfriend just ordered on Monday a white MacBook and its suppose to be here next Tuesday.

okay im sorry but i only have an iphone to take pictures with (horrible quality but if you still want then let me know) but here is what the unboxing is like. You see a white box and it has apple cetified written in it. It contains all the software and manuals powercable and extender. then you lift it up and your mac is suspended about 3inches in black foam it is all wrapped up in cellophane like the new ones.

My sister purchased a refurb iMac for college a couple years back, before the aluminum ones, it came in great condition with a bonus 512MB ram installed! Haven't had any problems with it since she's owned it.
my friend got the 2.4 15" 2 gb ram model refurbished. It wasnt until a week later he noticed they goofed and gave him 4 gigs. haha. Just shows you, even the apple gods make mistakes.
Got my new Mac Pro the other day and to add to the thread, it came with a bonus Airport Extreme card, which was brilliant as I'd wanted one but had decided not to bother since I'd gone refurbished this time. No dings or scratches at all on the machine. It's perfect.
