I bought an iphone SE, 2020, which upon resetting noticed was under remote control, hence, most likely stolen. The phone is now with the police, and the rightful owner is informed, yes, it was stolen.

Problem, I logged into my iCloud-account before noticing it was stolen, so I used/revealed my apple-id. Could my account, in worst case scenario, now be accessed by people who had access to the remote control-function?

I had no credit card connected to my apple-account, and has now changed the password.

just login to you Apple ID from a PC/Laptop and remove the device and it should be safe.

If you change your passwords, remove the device from the account then you should be fine.
