iPad I bought an iPad Air thinking that the 4th Gen was "weak". Turns out it was iOS 7.

If restored from backup sometimes it seems laggy. but using "reset all settings" usually makes a device much faster. or starting from new and doing it all manually.

My iPad Rmini actually runs iOS 7 better than my 5S.
