Its not really a problem, more like a random thing that happens from time to time... But what is this and why does it happen?

Have you tried resetting the Internet? The Internet has been running for years, so it is time to shut it off and let it rest for awhile. 😛

Joking aside, what you are seeing is a file's actual bytes. I will check what file type you are trying to open and make sure a correct program is assigned to open them.

I thought it was 1s and 0s? I mean, whats up with the ? marks... 😱

Looks like an encoding problem.

Try use unicode UTF-8 or others.
