I'm with Sprint and I had to physically call Customer Service to have them unlock my 4S to work on International GSM. It took them 3 business days to take care of this. So my advice is to do what I did, make the call to Sprint, and verify, otherwise, have them unlock your phone.

I think what OP is trying to do is get the sprint 4S unlocked for use on At&t. Which is not possible at all

Oh I know it can work Internationally. Anyway it doesn't matter. I already got service on AT&T and I'm really liking the 3G speeds.
