If you're referring to installing Mac OS on a PC laptop Core i3 (AKA "Hackintosh"), this isn't the right place to discuss that. This forum is about the iMac hardware.

OP check out a forum dedicated for such things, MacRumors is not a place that we spend a lot of time and energy discussing hackintoshes.
At first blush of your specs, it doesn't appear that you have compatible hardware to run OS X but the other places could possibly help you more.
