I can feel my Macbook Pro vibrating

My late 2011 macbook pro i think has problems?

When I put my hand to the right or let of my touch pad, i can feel stuff in the laptop vibrating or moving or something? is this bad? This happens right when i turn it on and start using the internet.
 
If you are using the Mac on MagSafe power, what you are probably detecting is a small voltage, it happens with my iPad too when it's on charge.

There are several threads about it on the boards. If its not plugged in, then you might want to check the HDD. You can do this with your original installation disks full instructions here
