Nor is there any specific text in the warranty that says the warranty is void if you plug into a toaster.....

That doesn't make any sense. Toasters have nothing to do with computers. I was talking about putting an Apple Video Card into an APPLE computer. It has a specifically designed port to securely fit that type of graphics card (PCIe) and it worked for 6 months prior to dying.

I'm pretty sure if you plug it into a toaster, it's not going to display anything on your screen.

That was a very stupid response you gave me for that. Please try again, this time make it actually make sense.

This again?

That is a 32bit version of iTunes with a 64bit iPod driver. Nothing more.

I didn't know that. Does the Mac OS X version of iTunes have a 64-bit iPod driver?

Evidently, because iPod syncing still works with K64.

No, it is a perfect example that makes perfect sense and is not stupid. The point was that just because it is not specifically listed in the warranty does mean it is not implicit.

You might just as well used the video card in a toaster as an unsupported Mac because both uses can void the warranty.

No. It's an Apple Product in an Apple Computer. It has nothing to do with toasters. Your example is retarded. Nowhere in the documentation does it say that the warranty is void if you put this card in a pre-2008 Mac Pro.

Listen, I realize that I voided the warranty of the card. I knew that when I bought it that it had no support for my computer, but I wanted to try anyway because it was not the computer's fault that the card broke. It just went bad. I'm not mad because Apple won't replace my card... I'm mad that they don't sell ANY cards for my computer to run a new Apple LED Display. I'm also mad that there are a lot of 2006-2007 Mac Pro users running this very same card without problems.... as it did with me for 6 months straight.

So why don't you go ahead and stop with the toaster thing because you don't know what you're talking about. Go and stick your head in a toaster.

If you know you voided the warranty of the video card by using it in an unsupported Mac, then you should understand my toaster example and how it makes sense.

I give up....
