I don't think it matters any more. He turned off his iPhone and it stopped working. If you notice, we haven't heard from him again.

No. Read the original post. He's on a 3.1 Beta (assuming Beta 3, considering Beta 1 and Beta 2 are dead).

My friend just happened to send me a picture today on my iPhone and it went threw!!!! I haven't hacked my phone. I had a buddy put my phone on 3.1 but that is it. I am not a developer myself but my phone is registered so I can use the updated software. My gfs phone is also 3.1 but she can't send or recieve pictures. I have sent pictures to 4 different ppl and it works like a charm. I can't believe it. I have a feeling 3.1 will be official and MMS capable very soon.
