I canceled my free trial... i think.

    About 2 weeks ago... i canceled my trial; 1 because i dont use it and B because it is way to flawed and im not about to spend 100 dollars on such a bad product.

    I canceled it right? well it said we're sad to see you go and stuff. yesterday, i checked because i wasn't really sure if i had done it right... im a bit OCD. When i entered my sign-in name and password it took me to the standard page on the mail tab... the thing is that it logged me in AND the only thing i could see was the mail, address book, calendar, pictures, iDisk and account tabs... all of that bar on the top the rest of the page was blank. when i click the account tab, it asks for my password and after enter it gets me the same place all the tabs on top are showing but blank on the bottom.

    i dont know if my membership was canceled... anyone have this problem? or anyone know how to fix this??

    any input is appreciated. thanks

    I believe that you will still get the extended free trial, but you won't be charged when that expires, and then it won't work.

    I'm about to cancel my free trial as well. It doesn't work in a number of ways.

    Mail won't sync anywhere. Calendars don't get pushed to the iphone. Contacts don't sync anywhere.

    And yet mine works perfectly. Are you sure you didn't set it up wrong? I have a feeling that a lot of the failures people have been experiencing are 100% their own fault.
