I cannot restore iPhone 5

Hello
I just have iPhone 5 it is on 7.1.2 and I cannot turn it on blank screen.
But when I connect iphone 5 with usb to itunes restore winndow comes up ..
It downloaded latest 8.1 but it stuck in apple logo with bar and wont go further
iTunes says waiting for iPhone..

 
Then that pretty much means that it has a hardware issue that's why the restore wont go through and phone wont turn on.
 
Pretty much.
Its not something that can be fixed by software or by restoring it.
Bring it to Apple or to an iphone repair place.
 
They should be able to tell you what is wrong with it, how much to fix or replace it and pay for the repair if you wish to do so.
Apple stores do many repairs now in store.

Well here in UK they favorite word is ''unfortunately'' you know.. not very helpful ...

I hate that "unfortunately" word but cant hurt to try anyway.
If they cant do anything for you or let you pay for repairs then hopefully they can identify what is wrong with it. There's many other iphone repair places besides Apple stores if they're not of any help.

Take into Apple find out what the issue is, if it's an easy fix repair it yourself or pay a phone shop who will do it for half the price that Apple quotes.
