I'm trying to flash my IP4 with iOS 5 beta 7 to iOS 5 GM. I also have iTunes 10.5 beta 7 installed. For some odd reason, the update via the restore method doesn't work. Now iTunes is stuck with a screen telling me that iTunes has dtected an iPhone in recovery mode. Yet, I can't click "ok" and try to reflash it to different beta or even restore with iOS 5 GM. I tried restarting my computer and turning off my IP4. Yet, each time iTunes start up, it shows that screen with the message. I can't click ok and load another version of the OS.
What's going on and what can I do to get out of this mess? Thanks!
