I can't export passwords from Safari to Firefox

Is there a simple way to export Safari passwords to Firefox? I haven't yet found one.

Even when using Firefox and it ASKS if I want a password saved, and I click SAVE, it isn't saved.

I'm running Mac v. 10.13.6 (High Sierra), Safari v. 13.1.2 and Firefox 110.0.1

I don't think you can. Looks like you need at least Catalina or higher to be able to export your passwords.
