I can't install GTA Chinatown Wars because "Resources have been modified" Help?

Tried to download the game on my phone via wifi tonight, and it wouldn't work- said I'd have to download with itunes. I got home, and when I try, it says it can't sync to my phone because the "resources have been modified."

What does that mean, and how do I fix?

I have all the latest updates, and my phone is NOT jailbroken or modified in any way.

Call Apple. That or do a restore and set up as new

Did you try to delete GTA from iPhone, before your sync your device with iTunes?
