I can't quit iTunes!!!

OK...I have this problem where as soon I quit iTunes it reopens. I called Apple and they had me reset the file permissions. But it's happening now a few days later. What does this mean?

iTunes, I wish I knew how to quit you!
 
Do you have the iTunes widget open in Dashboard? If so, getting rid of it should solve your problem.
