I am trying to install Windows 8.1 using Boot Camp. It was an ISO file downloaded from the internet.
ALERT: The ISO file is perfectly fine.
The problem is... when trying to install it it says "your bootable USB drive could not be created".
I surfed around the internet for the solution, and I jumped on one solution. It said to make changes to a drive/I don't know what is it called. But when I try to select it, nothing happens. It is called "HL-DT-ST DVDRW GS41N". I simply don't know what that means. I cannot right-click it, I cannot Eject it, I cannot Mount/Unmount it.
I really need to install it.
    Please help.
Here is the screenshot of it, or at least a URL to it :

    PLEASE RESPOND!

That is your optical drive and you can't select it because it doesn't contain any media.
