I can't unlock, help!!

I JB to 4.0, 3gs with old boottrom, but can't unlock with ultrasn0w, why?

My SG3 was JB and unlock by pwnage before, JB to 4.0 very smoothly.

Please help!! Thanks!!
 
yes, I did all the time I done before under 3.1.3. I try ultrasn0w and blacsn0w RC for ISO4, both not working now.
 
how come both ultrasn0w and blacsn0w not working? is there anything I did wrong? Any newer version or source?

Why would you try blacksnow on 4.0
Make sure blacksnow is removed. That doesnt work on 4.0 baseband or firmware.

You're on the correct repo thru cydia?
•Open Cydia
•Check Sources, you must have added the UltraSnow repo ( repo666.ultrasn0w.com )
•Search ultrasn0w, ensure that is the 0.93 version
•Install it
•After the installation, you need to reboot your iPhone

I removed blacksn0w, reinstalled ultrasn0w, and it's working now!!
