i+Case - kickstarter aluminum case EDIT: DO NOT BUY

I Dunt know I really want to support them but the last kickstarter project I supporter in late may still havnt got their product to me. It was for sandals and it's approaching winter.... Small production = slow I Dunt want to receive the case when iPhone 5 comes out.

I'm high considering ordering one for myself and wife. It says on their site credit card won't get charge till they meet the goal. has anyone has pull the trigger ? I'm also thinking on Graft laverage.
 
Aluminum + Antenna...

I wish they had more information of what they're doing to ensure that the case does not interfere with the reception.
 
Can someone tell me how does that case effectively protect your phone from accidental falls, drops and whatnot?


Other than the side/ bumper protection, it is nothing more than a cosmetic additive. Like a boob job.

I think is just for look if you ask me. I normally keep my phone inside my jacket so the chance on dropping is very slim. This case has zero protection. I think I will order it once I get more information on the reception. Don't feel on buying two case that will give me problems.
 
not sure about you guys, but this reminds me of my 3G phone that I just got rid of :rolleyes: I don't like it.

Who from this forum has pull the trigger on this one. I know it says on their website money won't come out till Nov 18th but I never done transaction with Amazon.

We'll to do the pledge or should I say order the case you have to open a amazon account to pay for the case once is ready ofcoarse but I'm very skeptical on using my debit card for this since I'm not using a credit card and maybe I won't get this case till December or who knows when.

Oh! Yeah it's safe, Amazon is beyond reputable, though I personally wouldn't pledge unless they're legally bound to send you a proper case, call me crazy, but I've yet to create a money tree. :/

I know what you mean! lol...I know the case is nice but I will wait till they're ready to ship before paying. In the mean while I ordered a Graft laverage case which has been shipped.

Same here, I know Amazon will side with you but I only have full trust when Amazon is the direct seller.

I'm also in same boat as you but no one seems to pledge from this forum. Got in contact with the seller and thinks case will be shipping in December. Exact date he could not answer but if I pledge after November 18th the prices will be double.
 
I bit the bullet and backed the project. I really like the case and the smooth lines. I am keeping my fingers crossed and hoping everything goes well. Now for the waiting.

Can you confirm if they they took money from your credit card?

The money won't be pulled from my account until Nov. 18th at 3:15...I'm assuming that's a rough time frame :D

I checked my account and it hasn't been pulled out. You can always back the project and the closer it gets to Nov 18th, you can pull out. Kickstarter gives you the option to back out.

Thank you for the info. I did ended going forward and I checked my account and I only see a $1.00 charge from Amazon.
