I change my folder icon but it's not show actual image.

I changed my folder icon but it's not show actual image.

I used get info copy & paste the icon to my folder destination info. It's work but it's not show the actual image.

This is the info icon that I selected.

This is the info of my destination folder after I selected and pasted.

Could someone help me please?
Is it the problem from my icon file, if that could someone tell me what wrong with me?
PS. I used icon file ~.icns, 256*256, RGB and 119 KB file size.

Open the file in preview, select and copy the image then paste that into the get info window.
