Here’s where I am right now. I restarted it and did the cmd+r and went to DU. Anyone know what I can do next?

Another pertinent question is; What are/were you trying to achieve?
Is your question how to install a new OS to that or how to potentially doing data recovery after somehow doing this by mistake or?

What is it you’re trying to do? Recover the data? Do a clean install?

I'm afraid the answers we'll give, won't be of much help. What I see is a system, that has correctly formatted disc, but no data! Can I suggest you click on the disk0S2 icon, and then command + I and post a screenshot of what it shows.
As it looks like you have no data volume, I hope that you have backed up, and are simply doing a clean install. If not, leave your computer be, and either take it to an Apple store, or to someone you trust to attempt data recovery.

Oh ok, ever since I did that my laptop stopped functioning right. Everything I try to look up keeps telling my browser isn’t updated but there’s not an option to update, nothing pops up. I can’t sign into anywhere. It’s just not letting me use it. Does that make sense. Sorry

I don’t want to recover anything. Just trying to make it function again lol ever since I deleted it, I can’t google anything or use anything without it telling me my browser isn’t updated. Nothing is supported and I’ve tried updating everything but nothing comes up.

What Mac is that and what OS were you running?
OS X Yosemite and it’s a early 2015, 13 inch

But you have shown us an image of your disk utility! And if that is your system on their, well the issue you have, is you don't have any data. If you are still able to open a browser, then we're clueless, as this is not the issue you are presenting to us. Are you anywhere near to an Apple store or similar? It seems your issues might be better resolved with a support person present. #picnic

Eeek, social anxiety lol but I agree, it’s way out of my expertise

That's not a browser you are in, and you are not logged into the App Store, so that's probably why you get the message. As said, it's very unlikely that you'll get a resolution through these forums, so you'll be better off contacting Apple direct. If you have AppleCare they'll help remotely, otherwise you'll have to go instore.

If you're backed up to iCloud or an external hard drive you can always reformat the hard drive and reinstall MacOS. Then restore your data from the backup file.

I’m confused. - This screenshot shows that you are within macOS. So you did have sucess with reinstalling the OS if that’s why you erased your disk to begin with? I thought you were still on a system with no OS since that’s what you were hinting at originally.

Yosemite is fairly old at this point; You’ll probably want to put a newer OS on the machine. That doesn’t show up in that update pane even if you’re logged in to the App Store. You’ll need to download the newer OS from its app store page. Apple has support articles for getting to each OS release depending on which one you want

If it's "out of your expertise", then you shouldn't be doing it.
You need to get in-person help. Someone else who can see and touch your Mac.
You haven't told us WHERE in the world you are.
Is there a brick-n-mortar Apple Store anywhere near?
