before I ordered my new iPhone 8 I had already knew what I wanted my new iPhone 8 to look like. Here are a few pictures of what my new iPhone 8 looks now.

I like the execution- quality for sure- just not a fan of the color itself. I'd have like it more personally if you had used a blue/red rather than an orange/red. Otherwise, kind of cool!

The Red does have a hint of orange hue to it but I like Red that way. I almost went with blue too. I chose Red because it my favorite color but blue was a close second.

Why the front skin tho? Don't take me wrong, the red color looks good (better if it had the Apple logo) but it looks ugly with the shimmery silver, this combination just doesn't go.

IMHO, iPhones are very beautiful and the only thing I do to customize them is to put on a clear case, lol.

I like the idea (not execution) of the red as it sort of reminds me of the 5c...but truthfully, I think either the naked glass of the 8 or some of the cases out there - Apple or OEM - would look way nicer. I definitely don't like the front. It makes it look sort of like a dummy phone. The 8 is a pretty nice feeling and looking phone, so seems a shame to cover it in all of that, unless you are trying to disguise it.

I am also curious why you chose the Space Grey model if you were just going to cover up the front bezel like that with a "lighter" plate; I always preferred lighter backed iPhones but I admit that one thing that always tempted me about the darker backs was the black bezels! I am happy the X lets me have the light back and the minimal, but black, bezels & notch!

I use a case so not knocking the idea of protection or even covering the back glass, just trying to understand the motivation for it as a whole.

Sorry dude that is not good. Look at the crease near the speakers and that front! Wow.

Just return it and get a 7 product red.
Not sure what you’re seeing but it blends pretty good. Better than any other skin I’ve used. It’s not everyone’s taste but I absolutely love it. It’s exactly the way I wanted it to look which is different. That’s why I did it. I didn’t want to blend in. Had I wanted to I would have left it space grey. The silver Zagg screen protector is nice and sturdy. I was just showing the customized iphone. No need to degrade it. No one here have any coothe?

I would have really rather gotten the iPhone you have the 10 or X but they are back ordered so long that I decided to get the 8 and when I upgrade I’ll move to the 10 at that point. I was ready to leave android after having been there for the last year plus. To answer your question about the front I used the silver Zagg luxe screen protector because that’s what I used on my last iPhone I had which was the 6s and I liked it. It just gives my iPhone a unique and different look which was the entire motivation behind the customization. I like to customize things. I won’t use the silver front forever but I will for a while or until it’s tine to get a new screen protector and at that point I’ll just go back to a clear one and let the space grey show. It’s not because I dislike the space grey as in fact it’s my favorite color of the the iPhone 8. I just wanted to totally customize my new iPhone 8 out completely and so I decided to use the silver Zagg luxe screen protector. I almost left it clear but I decided to go ahead and customize it all as I wanted something no one else had and I wanted it to be different so I it’s not that I dislike space grey but the best thing is it’s not permanent and I can remove both at any time if I want a different look. Right now I’m happy with it. After a while I’ll probably change it up to another look or at least a different skin color. If I don’t get another skin I ordered a Red leather apple case that arrived today which I’ll use then. I just like Red as it’s my favorite color so that’s why I chose red and bought the leather apple case in red. So the way my phone looks now is what I initially visioned and it it turned out better than I expected but it won’t always be this set up as it just a skin and screen protector after all which can be changed after a while. When I change I’ll keep my red skin but go to a clear screen protector and add my leather apple red case. For now I’m not going to use a case. I might on occasion but not much right now.

I totally agree with this comment. The difference between the 7 and the 8 is so minimal. Plus, the 7 would come with IOS 10 and you wouldn't need to update to IOS 11 until it is more stable. You wouldn't have had to spend even more money on customizing it and buying that extra Apple Red case. With the 7 Red, even the buttons are red. You could have got a 7 Red 128gb for the price of the 8 64gb. But, if you are happy with it, then that's all that matters.
