A couple of months ago i delete a windows vista partition, Now i need to get it back on so i repaired the main disk, but boot camp still isn't working and if i hold down the option key to boot it still has the windows thing on there pls help!!!!:apple:

When you deleted the partition, did you delete the Bootcamp partition using Bootcamp Assistant?
Or did you use Disk Utility?
I am guessing you used Disk Utility

My recommendation...

Clone your current OSX partition using Carbon Copy Cloner to an extern HDD
Boot from the Clone
Erase your internal drive using Disk Utility
Restore your clone to the internal HDD
Boot from the internal HDD
Run Bootcamp Assistant again
