I was worried of my iPhone getting bricked in later betas so I restored to iOS 6.1.4, and i'm staying there. Anyways I want to be surprised by the UI and features this Fall with my newly purchased $99 iPhone 5. If I ride the betas with a chance of sadness I will be familer/bored with the UI/features, by Fall.

True, but then you get to enjoy the niceties of iOS7 now.

I don't go the beta route so my enjoyment is deferred but A. I'm not a developer and B. I need my phone as stable as possible for work reasons - using a beta isn't in the cards for me.
