This is either the worst publicity stunt ever, or Apple is really that arrogant. Where do you get off calling a Mac technician a "Genius"? LOL @ TEH GENIUS BAR!

Mac Geniuses...

Hence they have studied Apple products, and repair them and instruct customers and employees on how to use the things every day? I do understand that some of them are jerks, we've seen the horror stories posted here, but not all of them are.
