Very interesting, if that’s the case then I think they should represent it better. Saying you spent 15 hours standing is just weird and stupid I think.

What is hard to understand is thinking that you would have to stand at least 720 minutes a day without sitting down to get credit. Doubt many can actually physically stay on their feet for that long much less accounting for work, driving, eating and even #2.....If you know this it’s not hard to understand.

I believe they think a 12 hour day of being awake and up is the normal, then its challenging you to get up for a minute and move around once in each of those hours. If you are showing 15, then you were up for at least 15 hours and moved around one minute in each of those hoursWhat is hard to understand is thinking that you would have to stand at least 720 minutes a day without sitting down to get credit. Many of us work sedentary jobs, and it's an excellent reminder to stand up for a minute each hour of the day.
Indeed. To get stand while sleeping your arm and/or wrist have to be moving for about 40 seconds.I wear the watch to bed (sleep tracking app) and usually have already received several hours credit for standing before even waking up! I don't sleep walk, but I am a very restless sleeper
