oh okay, maybe it's the servers, no clue honestly.

took off 3GB on my iPhone off and downloading from my phone and not iTunes. Says 45 mins remaining no biggie

just turn off the phone and restart.

Had that problem, just hit the update button a few more times and it worked. Now I am having a 3194 error. Just a headache here..

I had the same problem. It's just a side effect of the servers being overwhelmed. Eventually I got updated without issue.
