I dont know how to remove this toolbar message

    Ok so i was at school today and i lent my macbook to my friend in class and when i came back i saw this. http://postimg.org/image/3nmimf7bf/
    I have no idea how to turn it off or what its called, can someone tell me?

    Have you tried clearing your browser's cache and cookies? Does it only appear on certain websites, or on every website? It appears it may not be a toolbar at all, but rather some popup ad that's imitating a toolbar.

    I dont think its a toolbar or a popup, i think it might be an application or something from apple. I already reset my browser and its still there.

    Go to System Preferences and turn off VoiceOver, or press Command-F5 to turn it off.
