So how do I use iCloud to do this.

As usual everything is provided but what I want??

You don't use iCloud for this. Simply Export the photo from iPhoto and then upload the file to your hosting site.

Am using now and it does the job well.

I had tried the site connected to 'Aperture' but it was sooooooooo slow (like most of Yahoo connections).
