LAST MONTH EVERYTHING WAS FINE, They told me it was "data de-prioritization" and that my speeds would return to normal when the "network" or "tower" I was on was less congested...I was semi-ok with that because I wasn't being completely throttled (all day)....

BUT, this month as of today, I'm just being completely throttled until the end of my billing cycle....Something's not right....now I notice I have this big green button which says "Upgrade Plan," but what exactly am I upgrading to? Faster speeds? I have their highest data package.... Didn't T-mobile not get sued for throttling their customers sometime ago? And my usage is nowhere near where it was a month ago...

It seems like things have been weird with their network lately. My boyfriend has been complaining about slow speeds and poor signal lately.

You should probably call CS to see what's going on. You shouldn't be seeing a 'throttled until rest of the cycle' message on an unlimited data plan.

Yes, call 611 and see if they have an answer. I've had some issues receiving text a little late lately. T-Mobile's network hasn't been on point the last few weeks.
