That's going to kill it right there. Especially since lots of people use less-than-legal means to send/receive music.
i agree - i, for one, will never buy it if this stays. i mean, even for those that get their music legally and then rip their CDs onto their music player - the way i've been reading, it sounds as though if you put it on the zune and then delete it off your computer, well, then you're screwed because you'll have lost the "right" to put it back. i do not want to have to keep ALL of my music on my computer at all times.. i rely on the iPod to be a sort of external HD in that regard.

if, however, it's just in regards to the wifi sharing (ie: the 3 days or 3 plays rule), and you'll still be able to put it back on your computer if ever the need arises, then it's not such a downfall..

So the bigger iPod is worse put together than... what...

Well since my 5G iPod is spliting apart at the spot between the Metal and Plastic, its not the best put together thing(and dust is entering the screen), however its just one error

Never the less...I love my iPod(s) And if Apple won't fix my 5Gm i'll get a plastic case and deal with it..but they should fix it, as dust is inside of my screen(and possibly in other parts of the iPod

And as for caring for my iPod, I baby it so I can see how its my fault.

Weird, I'm on my third iPod, and all of mine are like in mint condition. I just like bigger, shiny-er things.
