After tomorrow, the 6 Plus will be more rare than a skinny woman at an all you can eat buffet. It will command a very high price on the open market.

I don't know. I think a ton of people will be trying to exchange their pluses to a 6. Coming from a 4 or 5 is going to make the plus feel huge. I'm not sure a lot of people will give themselves time to adjust.

I pre-ordered the iPhone 6 for pick up at the Apple store. I have been thinking that 16 GB may not be enough and I asked at the Apple store today if I could change my order tomorrow when I come in. I was told that I could as long as they had the 64 GB available. I could cancel the charge for one and buy the other.
My guess it that they will have a lot more of the 6 than the 6+ tomorrow everywhere and you could easily make that exchange. Good luck, but if not as others have said, you can easily sell the 6+ for profit tomorrow.

I saw a comparison of the 4s to the 6+ and I just started to lmao. It's huge! I'm excited about it though, because I knew it would be a 'mini iPad mini'. I was just caught off guard when I saw it in comparison.

Is the 6+ really that bad to hold?

It probably depends on how big your hands are. :) Some reviewers had said while the Plus is very large, the thinness makes it more manageable than other devices that size. I will find out tomorrow when I get mine delivered. It just isn't about holding it though. Carrying around something that size might be awkward for some people. Especially those who usually put their phone in their pocket. Also, using a phone that before took just one hand in some cases requires two might not be the liking to some people. Unfortunately, you won't know until you have a chance to actually hold and use the device. It's a catch 22 really. You could wait until tomorrow to try out both sizes at the stores (assuming they have them on display) but you will be in for a long wait if you didn't pre-order. It wouldn't surprise me if some people who pre-ordered the Plus without seeing it in person, return it for the "smaller" model.

I will say this, after using the Note 3 for the past year, which is very close in size, I love the size of the screen, but forget about one handed texting and the like. It is just too big. Even when I switch the phone into one-handed mode (which I think is much better than Apple's implementation), it is still cumbersome. Imaging walking around with something in one hand, and then taking your phone out of your pocket to answer a text with one hand, and see how you like it. Those times when I had to do that definitely made me miss a smaller device. But the screen real estate overall beats it out for me. Even though it is less convenient, I will stick with the larger screen. I do wish however Apple had managed a little smaller form factor. For me, the LG G3 is the perfect combo of screen size and phone size. Hopefully Apple will get there one day too and cut back on these rediculous bezels at the top and bottom of the phones.
