...they should definitely be paying me a wage!

In my work I get to talk to a lot of people about computers; I would have sold dozens of Macs, and to many of whom are 'switching' from the dark side.

Who else is 'owed' a new MBP? - what's you best point, most convincing argument when giving someone 'the talk'?

I don't think that you are owed anything from Apple.

Sorry dude......:D

I understand that - it's just an expression.

What I was saying was that I enjoyed swaying people away from PCs... There are a couple of ardent Windows mates who've now taken a leap into MacWorld.

Don't bother attempting to work for them, they will just email you the day after, not telling you your short comings, where you need to improve or what qualities you need to gain - just saying no.

Waste of time, they only want people who worship them. Its pathetic, like a religion. You will be put of their products for life.

I take it you failed. Maybe they check all CVs for spelling mistakes (shortcomings, it's pathetic, put off, since you wanted to know).

Perhaps it was an attitude problem they picked up on.

OP: you're just a typical fan and like all companies they rely on their fans to speak highly of them. They do not owe you for that.

It's actually quite the opposite. Apple is known for not hiring "fanboys" and others would use there products more then the rest of the population. With that being said, the hire rate is 5%.
