If you're looking for the preferences icon, use CandyBar (it can backup).
To replace icons in the app, right-click the app, hit Show Package Contents..., and go into /Contents/Resources. Replace the image files there.

I think he meant for his iDevice 😛

- Download iFunBox.

- Plug in your phone and open the program you installed and navigate to Raw file system > var > stash > Themes.xxxxxx and put the icon folder in there. Do this after installing WinterBoard in Cydia if you haven't already. Did you download the icons as a folder? zip? what exactly?
