i dropped my macbook pro and i was wondering can apple do anything i have the insurance. :confused:

If by insurance you mean AppleCare, then no. The AppleCare is simply a warranty that does not cover user damage; only manufacturer defects (logic board, graphics card, etc)
 
If you bought Applecare (the extended warranty), I suggest you ring them up tommorow and ask for a prorated refund.

Cause that MBPs is toast wrt warranty .
 
I dropped my Macbook Pro and but luckily no damage (just a bit) but Apple is currently fixing that. While I was at the Genius bar, some lady had her MBP (couldn't tell if it was a 15" inch or 17" inch) in the same conditions as those photos you posted but she told me that she was quoted $1250 and her warranty was voided because of it. Good luck
 
Ugh, Applecare is for defect of manufacture or hardware failure during the covered period. Read the policy, no where does it cover drops, spills, etc.

IMHO, you are out of luck.
