Yes, I did, but what is the point of replacing it right now while it still works.
Waiting until you really need to use the rewards for a replacement of a broken phone or to add a 2nd phone makes more sense.
Otherwise all you are doing is fixing a scratched case, and chances with Apple karma operating the way it does -- is you'll immediately drop the phone in the toilet after burning the reward points.
Edit: Unless the rewards points expire soon, wait. Plus you might want to use them to trade up to the next iPhone.
