I dropped spaghetti all over my MacBook Pro !!

I just finished cooking lunch and my MBP was on my table. I close the lid so it could sleep while I ate. I had my food in one hand, then my phone started ringing. As I leaned over to pick up the phone, the CHEAP POS. plastic plate started to bend and my spaghetti and sauce went all over my f'in MBP. I wiped it off, but that stuff was FRESH OUT OF THE POT. What do I do
 
.. laughing my ass off .

20 minutes later ....

ok, i dont think theres much you can do, except wipe it off and hopes theres no damage.

Yes, but you have to admit this beats the usual spilt milk, beer, water, coke, seminal fluids etcetera threads.

I would love to see a pic. :D
Meanwhile this will have to do.

True, everything fine, as long as nobody comes here saying he accidentally jizzed on his macbook and asking for help >.<. Then I'm outta here.
 
If the lid was closed I'm sure it'll be fine. My mum spilled water over my MacBook while it was open but luckily it's still fine! Apple build very good hardware it seems!

PS I just squirted cheez whiz in my MacBook Pro keyboard thinking it was a set of crackers on an aluminum unibody table! ROFL LOLICOPTER!


Enough with the food crap. If it happens, take a pic.
 
For us to get a better image, can you reapply the pasta and then take HQ pictures. Maybe take some from a few different angles. ;)

Honestly, I hope your MPB is okay!

Hope you didn't buy that $300 8GB RAM yet! It would be awful if it was ruined
 
Consider yourself lucky. A lad last week came all over his hot wide open MBP.

At least he posted pics. :rolleyes:
 
Come on, i know MacBooks can get hot but not hot enough to cook lunch. How about getting one of those to help with the fresh parmasan?
