I finally decided to sell my 2 months old 2012 MBP

Don't get the .1 upgrade. Like everyone else says, save the money for memory or a faster drive. That's where you'll see the bang for buck.

the .1 upgrade doesn't interest me, it's just that I've found a good deal on a 2.7 Ghz with Anti glare display. I'll keep you posted and if I get it and set the Raid 0 up i'll post some benchmarks.

I do concur that the 2.6 to 2.7 upgrade offered by Apple is a total rip-off, $250??? that's simply ludicrous
