when I got a brand new rMBP last week and it doesn't have a hard case cover. I put it in the sleeve and in the backpack. I slipped and fell hard during light raining. I am grateful that a rMBP does not have scratch or dent. Now I have to look for hard case! I am not worried about my iPad cuz it is protected by Apple Smart Case when it happened.

wow! Now the question is: Does this mean that Best Buy is awesome or that your local Best Buy is awesome lol... I would imagine with the state they're in these days, Best Buy (or any brick-and-mortar electronic retail store) would be best to keep customers happy at ANY cost....

Hmm... I'm pretty sure the Zagg thing is status quo as i've heard the "lifetime guarantee" and "free reinstallation's" sales pitch in more than one store (I have three within a 20 mile radius.
