Has anyone tried this program and is it really working?

I can't imagine that this really works. In their Support Docs it's mentioned:

This iOS downgrade tool will list all iOS versions that Apple are still signing. You can click Download button to download it online.

Official iOS 12 is not signed longer by Apple.

I know is not signed anymore , but why is there?

Wll, I assume the Software may fake it? If you take a look at the screenshots on their website, they mention a version which (from my knowledge) never existed, main page iOS 12.9. Did you give it a try and restored it? Or what happens if you click on it? Does the Software asks to be registered or pay for it?

I wouldn't pay for it. I assume t's for the "poor people" who don't get how to upgrade to another iOS Version. Downgrading is a bit more challenging for unexperienced users, but again- downgrading to a not signed version is not possible anymore. I won't go so far and call such software a scam- because maybe it does what it predicts- but I wouldn't go for it.

I wouldn’t trust an operating system that didn’t come directly from the manufacturer and doesn’t require 3rd-party intervention. But, then again, I’m a very security-minded person and am very suspicious when it comes to my gear.

it's a freaking scam. Your computer probably has a bunch of malware/keyloggers/adware all over it by now. The amount of people on this site who thinks this might actually work is incredibly concerning. No wonder these scam apps exist. The general population must be lining up to have their $$ stolen and computer riddled with malware

I don't think that anyone actually believes this or would have ever tested this app on their own computer. But it's always fun to watch when someone is mixing coke with Mentos :)
