I got "error 40" in iTunes

I try to restore my 3GS that have the "connect to Itunes logo" in iTunes.

But I get "error 40" allt the time.

The phone have been jailbreaked.

How do I fix this problem?

(In iTunes info "error 40" is hardware problem)
