The one where your watch warns you if your heart rate elevates above x BPM when you are idle. 120 BPM in my case.

But don’t worry ... it’s because I had half a cocktail at a restaurant and got the “Asian flush” reaction. I really can’t handle alcohol.

Frankly tho it’s amazing this feature works! I had a weird way of testing it, but I’m sure this feature will save actual lives! I got a warm fuzzy feeling seeing it actually work for me. Or maybe that was my drink. :)

It is a great feature. I just need to remember to turn it off before I start to watch football games!

Default based on Apple Med Research/Evidence is 120 or higher.

I’m less convinced of the utility of this feature and wonder if it might result in wounded walking type syndrome. I would be super interested to see if the Apple Watch has the sensitivity to detect arythmias.

Thank you. I set mine to that. No harm in having a little extra security..

I got a notification once. I won't tell you why because its embarrassing (its not rude don't worry), but needless to say, it works.
