when you get it, restore to 7.0.6 and then jailbreak. 7.0.6 is the latest firmware so far by Apple and it is jailbreak-able using evasi0n

Yes, the latest 7.0.6 is jailbreakable so no matter what ios it has installed you will be able to JB it.

And do it NOW, before 7.1 comes out and 7.0.6 is no longer an option!

You should be good to jailbreak with 7.0.6.

I could be wrong, but I didn't think iPhones can be blocked from Jailbreaking - eventually there will be a jailbreak.
