iPod touch I HATE itunes

So my itunes crashes and resets my library, 20 min later i get all my music on again, now my applications button is missing on the left, a reinstall didnt fix it....($*#(!!

What can i do?
 
Mods?

Did you do any hacks to your iPod touch? Has anything weird been happening lately with your iTunes, or did it suddenly just crash?

Try this... iTunes -> Preferences -> General -> Make sure there is a check next to applications, this some times happens to me with ringtones too, they are still there but the folder is just hidden.

Yes, that should do it. There's no need to worry, it isn't checked by default.
 
You HATE iTunes so you went out and paid hundreds of dollars on an iPod! Hahaha that's funny! You could always go back to cassette tapes! 🙄
 
I hate it right now becuase it isnt working! And yes that fixed my app problems, props to you 2
 
Sorry i came off a bit crazy, i had just lost a Hard drive last week and lost all my itunes music but had it restored, just had a panic attack that it'd happen again ><

Although i did a backup last night 😛

Thanks to all so so much for helping me out here!
